Even the smallest island in the Cayman Island chain is home to an excellent spa facility. Little Cayman Beach Resort is known for both its diving and its laid-back atmosphere. Hammocks sway just yards from the shore; chaise lounges line the freshwater pool just steps from the bar. The resort is also home to the Nature Spa, which offers a range of massages as well as a hair and beauty salon.

The resort offers an extensive spa menu. Facials include a mini facial, a deep pore cleansing facial, and the radiance aromatherapy facial, with a combination scalp and facial massage. Sea salt body polish and marine algae body wraps treat the body.

Several therapeutic massages are available ranging from 30 to 90 minutes; another option is a foot massage with a sea salt exfoliation treatment followed by a hydrating body milk foot massage. The spa also offers salon services.
