Getting Around Little Cayman
Only one rental car agency operates on the island. McLaughlin Jeep Rental (345-949-1000, fax 345-948-1001) offers daily and weekly rates for jeeps; only standard transmission jeeps are available. To call the rental agency on arrival, pick
up the phone located on the side of the airport building. Vehicles are
left-hand drive; driving is on the left side of the road. A Caymanian
driver’s permit is required for rentals; obtain one at McLaughlin’s.
There is a 25 mph speed limit throughout the island. Driver's Permits A Caymanian driver's permit is required for

card or cash deposit is also required. Bicycles Another popular mode of transportation is the bicycle. Guests will find that most resorts offer complimentary use of bicycles and, with practically no traffic on the roads, they offer a peaceful way to see the island, journey to a secluded beach, or pop into Blossom Village.
