LITTLE CAYMAN COTTAGE

This two-bedroom cottage is situated on the beach and can accommodate up to six guests. The cottage has a screened porch but is not air-conditioned.

Located just north of Blossom Village, this upscale condominium project is an exciting development on Little Cayman. The resort offers a host of amenities: a restaurant, bar, fitness center, game room, beauty shop, and more. The lemon-yellow units are excellent for several couples traveling together or for families. Divers will find the Conch Club in walking distance of one of the island's best dive shops. The two-story condominiums are just steps from the powdery beach.

The complex offers two- and three-bedroom units. Two-bedroom units, spanning 1,700 square feet, include one queen, two twins, and one double convertible bed as well as 2 1/2 baths. At 2,000 square feet, the three-bedroom units offer one queen, one double, and two twin beds, plus three baths. All units have a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, laundry facilities, ceiling fans, daily housekeeping, and use of pool, Jacuzzi, and dock on the property.

Guests at the Conch Club can also enjoy scuba diving next door at Little Cayman Beach Resort. Full equipment rental, diving courses, and underwater photography equipment is available.

Located next door to the Hungry Iguana restaurant (and just steps from Blossom Village), these cozy villas are perfect for those who'd like housekeeping facilities but the option of both a nearby eatery and a grocery store. These villas, two units to a cottage, lie right on the beach. Each includes two twin beds or one king, a futon that can sleep one adult or two kids, a back patio overlooking the sea, full kitchen with microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and air-conditioning. Facilities include a swimming pool and nearby restaurant.

This villa rents by the week and can accommodate up to six guests in its two bedrooms. Located on the island's south side, it has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, television and more.
