The Lighthouse at Breakers,
Grand Cayman
As its name suggests, this eatery is housed in a lighthouse. It's located on the East End -- a bit of a drive for most, but worth the effort. Here you can enjoy lunch and dinner either indoors or outside (our recommendation: the view's terrific and you'll be serenaded by the sound of the sea.) The restaurant serves conch chowder, jerk shrimp pitas, and seafood Caesar salads. Several italian dishes are offered as well.
