Deckers, Grand Cayman You can't miss this restaurant: just look for the double decker bus out front that serves as a bar. This casual eatery, located right on West Bay Road, combines a pub atmosphere with the fun of a beach bar. Our recommendation is definitely to dine outside if you can (although you should expect a little traffic noise.) Options include appetizers like conch chowder, conch fritters, coconut shrimp; save room for main courses such as Caribbean lobster, mahi mahi in an island sweet potato crust, mesquite grilled shrimp, or beef tenderloin.
