Cayman Villas manages numerous properties on Grand Cayman as well as on the Sister Islands. The house includes four oceanview bedrooms (two masters each with king bed), four full ensuite bathrooms and a half guest bath, living and dining room with high ceilings, French doors to let in ocean breezes, kitchen with microwave, waste disposal, icemaker, and dishwasher, utility room, satellite TV and VCR, freshwater pool, and housekeeping services. Luxury comes at a hefty price for this property as well.

This is a studio cottage on the beach at Cayman Kai. It has a kitchenette with microwave, washer/dryer, air-conditioning and use of two bicycles.

This duplex has two one-bedroom, one-bath cottages. They include a living room, full kitchen and screened porch; you can step right onto the beach. Amenities include air-conditioning, telephone, TV and VCR, washer/dryer, icemaker and more.

HARBOUR VIEW
George Town

This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is within walking distance of George Town. It offers a living/dining room, full kitchen, and a patio with ocean view. There's daily maid service, TV, telephone and air-conditioning.

Amenities at condominiums vary with price. You can expect microwaves, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and central air at most properties. Others will include private swimming pools, hot tubs, and more. A few properties offer honeymoon, golf, dive, and escape packages. In the last few years, there has been a real trend toward super-luxurious condominiums on this island.
