Casa Havana Restaurant

Whether you're staying at the Westin Casuarina or somewhere else along Seven Mile Beach, consider the Casa Havana for a fine dining experience. On one trip to Grand Cayman, we arrived late on the island and slumped our way along to the Westin to check in. Too tired to hit West Bay Road in search of a restaurant, we decided to eat in house and headed over to the Casa Havana, which instantly perked up our spirits.

This restaurant is one of the island's most lauded eateries and is the signature restaurant of the Westin, complete with white-glove service and a romantic atmosphere. You can dine indoors or outside (our choice); if you're lucky, the resident harpist will be playing during your visit. Menu selections include glazed swordfish, roast pork tenderloin, and filet mignon; be sure to order the Caesar salad, prepared tableside.

Reservations are suggested. The dress is casually elegant.
